/c reset_perk option

I think that having a text command for resetting the perk would be amazing. It would fix at least one issue I can think of, where if you cast flame weapon on Scion it overwrites the perk damage until you reset the perk. While you can just do it in the crafting menu, you aren't allowed to in battle, which hurts for PvP.

On a related note, does that mean that a scion can cast flame weapon and then reset their perk to get both the damage from flame weapon and scion applied to their gloves?
