Transitions Behind Doors

Two doors I can think of off the top of my head are when you transition out of the House of Trade and when you transition out of the Garden of the Lost.
 
  When you come out of these two (and I'm sure there's more in the module) you are behind the transition so when you walk forward you go right back.  It's highly annoying!!
