Placing a note on quests under construction.

Certain quests in the server are currently unable to be taken even when they levels and party sized are followed.

If a note on the quest placeable could say "Under construction" or "Coming Soon" like the quests in old port, that would be great.

There shouldn't be any quests like that as far as I know. What are you referring to?
