Set Symbol/Deity Command

Using the --help suffix on the SetSymbol and SetDeity command does not work unless the PC has Skill Focus: Bluff. Without SF: Bluff, the user gets a message saying the command is unrecognized which gives an entirely different impression than the fact that it is actually unaccessible without the appropriate feat.

Considering that use the --help suffix on these commands is one of the few ways a player might learn that SF: Bluff is necessary, I think it might be worthwhile adjusting the error message returned to the player when they try to use the SetSymbol and SetDeity command without having SF: Bluff.
