1-32 are the standard NWN heads you can select in creation. Useful, I guess, if you change your mind at the last minute?

33-34 aren't available for selection
35 - light beard and ponytail - young rake
36 - long beard and hooded head - epic wizard
37-38 aren't available
39 - long bangs, vandyke, slight wrinkles - wise druid/ranger
40 - beard and moustache, feathered cap - clerk
41 - isn't available
42 - bald tattooed head (might utilize tattoo colors?)- tribal badass
43 - angled and pointy eared version of standard nwn "blonde paladin" head, probably better for elf or half elf? or an alien invader, whatever
44-47 aren't available
48 - pointy hair, dual braided goatee with beads, goofy face - obvious stoner
49 - vandyke, long bangs and hair, eyepatch - conniving pirate captain
50-60 aren't available

It's worth noting you can check these heads in the toolset if you create a module with these hak's installed.

Step by Step:

Just open the toolset, create a new module, click edit, click module properties, click the custom content tab. Select the EFU Hak's using the drop down menu (there should be about 4 - 'c_heads' is the important one here). Select each of these and click add. Then click ok. The Module should reload with the custom content, now just use the creature wizard to create a generic (naked) human, elf, dwarf, gnome, etc. Create the NPC, edit it (right click in list, edit), select the Appearance tab, and you can cycle through all the available heads which will show the number code in the drop down (000 - 049, 100 -113, 140 - 144, 155 for human male)

Just make a note of the number code for the head you want in the viewer. Fine tune skin tone/hair/tattoo (yes, 42 does ref tatoo color) using the color palette at the bottom if you like, but keep in mind the palate may have colors not available on character creation.

This is the simplest and easiest way to find the ref code for the head you want and to see what a head will look like outside creator.

Word of Warning: I recall some heads having a notexture error in game back when I used CEP, I'm uncertain if this is still an issue but it may be that once you get in game your head has an all metallic appearance and color.
