Harpies and true strike

The harpies seem to cast true strike, but then go on casting others spells, making this first one pointless. Put magic missiles instead, imo.

Occasionally they do attack afterwards, and at those times it adds a bit of cost to an otherwise inexpensive quest. Leave as is imo.
