Tried the new quest today with Outis. Looked like it ran as normal, endboss appeared etc., but when I got the end the big loot chest (which in my mind was supposed to be overflowing with way phat loots) was stuck open, and empty.

This is due to lag and someone not closing the chest in the proper way. Always remember to close the quest chests, don't just walk away from them and expect them to close by themselves. Sometimes they get stuck open.
