Yanked the pack of a non-unconscious player

So we came across a downed character, and I tried to /c yank_pack everything, forgetting this no longer works when a player is offline. Much to my surprise, I instead took all the gear off the nearest person, who was most definately not subdued. Both Stan Cobbler (my character) and Herrek Gallenner (the one I stripped naked) had been subdued recently, and also letoed with odd physical shapes, I dont know if this is factor.

This time the bug was harmless, but in a mad pvp, stripping a fighting player would be tragic.

Subdued recently is a factor. I've not seen people being able to strip others outside of this (do test), so this is no bug.
