It was moved, it isn't in the forgotten forest anymore.

A good change I say, many people didn't know it existed.

Edit: It seems to be inaccessible though, I am pretty sure that's a bug, hah

What he means is that there is two copies of Tangled Grove in the Scars.

One is inaccessible, the other is not. They are very close to each other. Look around.
