Can't use player tools. Missing Skin?

I, Yurishimoka. On the account "Delver of the Unknown" can't use any player tools. I get a error message every time, saying that i don't have a attached skin. Any help?

It might be relevant to mention that this is probably an issue with you being, you know, a goblin now, and no longer having the human skin applied to your PC.

Or I could be talking out of my ass and be completely wrong, too.
