Secondary Forum Skin

Is there any chance that we pale sensitive eyed folks can get an optional dark colored forum skin?

The blue and white is very nice and I recognize that this is the surface, but it's a lot more difficult staring at this bright white screen in the lonely hours of the night.

I'm not complaining! But I concur. Big text and white backgrounds rarely make me happy on a forum scale. Its not like adding a second DL'ed skin could hurt those that dont wanna use it >_>

I will be making a post regarding the status of the website and the things people can do to help.  I know that people want to use sleep-in-my-mom's-basement colored skins and will be doing the needful to make that happen.

When redesigning, we made a conscious decision to use (mostly) light themes because it turned out that a majority of the DMs, for various reasons, used the old subSilver theme. It had the unfortunate effect of making a lot of posts with color tags unreadable. I won't say there's no chance of a dark theme being added, but it's certainly low priority. Personally, I prefer light on dark, too -- I think it's easier to read -- but this was a consensus.
