[So What If I Am A Goblin?]

While I am appreciative of the bug that grants goblins +2 strength to their base, I do fear it's a bug, seeing as we loose -2 dex at the same time.

I created a goblin one of these days, and this persists. Goblin subrace is coming with a +2 STR

The correct stats should be -2 str (identical with halfling), +2 dex (as halfling), and -2 charisma.

We'll fix it eventually.
