Town sendings without totem

It seems that Muskroot sendings are being broadcasted to all PCs, regardless of whether or not they have a totem.

I have noticed that too when I rolled a character, he did not have the totem yet and still heard the sendings.

Can confirm as well; thought perhaps it was intentional, as it only seems to work within radius of mistlocke and around the forest - or at least some times.

Confirmed, and it happened to my yet totemless PC in the zig.
