Can these be changed to Cloth Armour with extra weight or other penalties so that desperate Monks, Wizards and Sorcerers can use them? There's little point in them needing an armour proficiency as they are very much NOT designed to be protective. I think this would be an excellent change with the current Conclave plot and mages that might desire to not be taken alive, or wish to negotiate with some rather dramatic leverage.

Also, can these be implemented so all of thomas_not_very_wise's characters come equipped with them as a default skin, and be remotely triggered by other PCs?

Thirded, I can't count the number of times Kayla wished she could have used hers. With her propensity for blowing herself and everything nearby up, these went with her perfectly. The lack of being able to use them was quite regrettable, as there were numerous situations one would've changed the outcome of dramatically.
