Nvidia transparency and crashes

Hey all, I've recently got a new GPU, the Nvidia 560 Ti.

I've got problems with transparency going from solid to invisible to everywhere in between, and I've had infrequent crashing.

I know there was a problem with Nvidia drivers causing framerate drops earlier but I haven't experienced that - just the transparency issues.

Has anyone had this problem and found a fix?
