Half-orcs and ban from ziggurat

Not really a mechanical bug but: there are still half-orc npcs in the ziggurat area, and there are no warnings anywhere that half-orcs are banned. So any clueless half-orc player could spawn in the ziggurat and stay there without knowing anything unless a dm or a knowing pc warns him.
