Diplomat Perk not working

Supposed to grant plus two charisma and will, but hasn't been doing that for the last few resets, even through many transitions.

Nevermind, he's died and lost the politician perk now anyway.  But it wasn't working when he had it.

Might deserve it's own thread but, since you asked Talir:

It seems while the Shadow perk bonuses are active, one cannot further boost AB by drinking Aid and/or Bless potions. I assume it also applies for Divine Favor and the like, but haven't actually tested that out.

Edit: Bull's Strength still works for increasing AB, in case that helps tracking down the issue.

Does the character sheet just not show the AB changes? Test it against the combat log.
