Rogue Poisoner Perk

I took this perk about two days ago, and have yet to recieve any random poison upon server reset.

Also, the feat "use poison" isn't listed in my character sheet. Is this known, or is there anything I'm doing wrong?

I've received random poison, but not the bonus feat.
 
Question: Is the poison supposed to be the weakest variant every time?

Only pure class receive poison every reset, there is no bonus FEAT, poison is not the weakest all the time.
