He offers the conversation option of, Zul'jin can you teach me in your ways, which then goes onto a persuade check if you wish to persue that topic, upon passing the check it says he gives you a bone necklace and that you can now commune with the spirits but you don't actually recieve a necklace nor can you interact with the spirits. I think its been like this for some time now.
