Recent PvP Transgressions

I would like to remind everyone of the PvP rules that are listed here.

Right now, I especially would like to emphasize rules four (4) and twelve (12).  There have been a lot of reports of each of these rules not being followed and I have personally seen infractions of rule 12.

There are a lot of newer folks in EfU lately and that is great!  All of the more experienced members of the community should be doing their part to help these new players get into the groove here in EfU.  Part of that is going to be understanding and politely informing/reminding players of these and other rules and mechanics.  Let's get everyone on track!
