Transitions Don't Work

There is a new area on the Ziggurat, which you can get to via the workshop guild or the mausoleum.  It is generally filled with poor people, Gypsies and the like, but has at least two businesses that are suitably creepy.  (And I must give kudos to have a physician start up his business right next to the place that handles the cities dead.  Super confidence booster there! :p)

Anyway, the transition to the Dreamer's Chapterhouse is broken.  It takes you to this area.  Also, when you try and leave the same way you came in, it doesn't work (same transition that you come through via the Dreamer's Chapterhouse).

There is also a map pin saying "exit" next to the map pin for the butchery.
