Losing Self-Taught feat bonuses when subdued.

It seems that when subdued and/or winded. The AB and the AC bonus from the self-taught perk disappears. It reappears after a resting.

If I'm not mistaken, this happens universally with all perk-gained Fighter feats and has been reported before.
