More rumors / ic knowledge please!

Many important events of the server history, such as the battle of the Scars and the Cyricist attack, are missing from the ic knowledge thread, due, I guess, to lack of time from the dms. So I would like to suggest to do like in COA: allow the players to post and have the dms monitor the thread.

I really, really love the ambient NPC rumours sytems and I wish it was updated more often and frequently!

I would prefer it to stay DM only.

Monitoring a ton of posts of which, some will be good, some bad and some ugly may be more work than posting themselves.

Although I understand the drive behind this suggestion, I do think this void offers a viable and interesting gap to be filled by PC initiatives.

For example, my PC is writing The Public Inquiry which is a periodical on major events, public concerns etc. This is all just getting underway now though; stay tuned!

PCs can already do this, via newspapers, sendings, etc. It is more flavorful also.

As a player with little time to actually play, I love to be able to stop on the forums and read the rumors to keep up with what's going on in the gameworld. More posts would definitely be appreciated!
