With the Conclave defeated, the Stygian Armada in shambles and the Nightrisers taking back control of Nebezzdos, the survivors are forced into the wilds. They are greeted by the Dreamers, where the Mist wraps around them to sleep. It is the Great Shrouding of Ymph.

People have begun waking up, many going toward Mistlocke.

Varad Zápolya II took the mantle of the Wyrm Watchers after a moot of Old Traditions of the Argenti Clan. Hamilcar of the Argenti opposed such notion, supported by Marcus Cayrn and Marius Argenti, but could not prevent the reformation of the Wyrm Watchers of old times.

With heavy Mist, the Lord-Mayor held a lotterie, where a woman was elected Champion of the Mist. She was brought into the Lord-Mayor's office, to never be seen again.

The Master of the Numinous Order approached the Lord-Mayor Quilby to establish a Priory within the surroundings of Mistlocke, while offering to help defend Mistlocke against the Apocalypse.

The number 1 was picked by the lotterie and Lord-Mayor Quilby was taken away to be given to the Mist as a Champion. Captain Volaunt had taken the role of the protector of Mistlocke until a new Lord-Mayor was elected.

Neerix Valashar killed Giuseppe Mastro. The Family of the Benefactor may still hold together, but it hints toward the end of the Era of Mask.

The Comitals reach the Unyielding Pass, and after a tricked duel where Gaeseric was poisonned, a battle broke out, where marauders joined the fray and fought both sides. The forces of Mistlocke were forced to retreat, not without heavy loss.

Sis Liman falls to the hands of the Comital Army. Sis Liman becomes the centre point of Comital activity, with caravans and groups expanding through the desert.

The Elders of Mistlocke reunite, and after executing traitors, and a long argument, Morn Greycastle of the Wyrm Watchers is elected Warleader, at the spite of the Chieftain Hamilcar of the Argenti. The population of Mistlocke rejoices after the long absence of a leader.

The Assault of the Comital Army was repelled at the Stonehand's Scars, and the elite forces pushed back from the Gates of Mistlocke. While the forces of the Comitals were defeated, their numbers remain abundant in Sis Liman.
