Pit Fighter Perk

I recently died, respawned and lost the +3 taunt skill bonus given by the Pit Fighter Perk.

Or relogging. <-- I had this fix all my issues with loading fighter feats.

I rested and relogged, to no avail. Though the perk did 'fix' itself and re-apply after the server reset.

Additionally, the dodge feat has not applied itself at level 5.

To go slightly off topic, the free feats don't appear to qualify as prerequisites for other feats.
 
The Disarm from Squire does not allow one to take Improved Disarm, for instance, regardless of having the required intelligence.  The feat list still shows Disarm as an option even after having it.
 
The Pit Fighter's Dodge probably also doesn't qualify for taking Mobility.  Can anyone confirm?

Server resets seem to re-apply both the feat and skill bonus if they disappear!
