Hello

I've been trying to connect to EFU:M to no avail. The server appears as  offline on my gamespy list, be it on the History tab or on my Favorites  tab. Ther server isn't showing under PW Story either.

However, according to EFUSL the server is online and several players are  logged in. Sometimes the weirdest thing happens: The server shows up  under PW Story but appears offline in History and Favorties. When I try  to direct connect nothing happens, and if I try to connect via double  clicking the server name under the PW Story list of servers, it fails to  connect and then the server disappears and doesn't show up again.

I'll now reboot my computer and see if that fixes the problem, though I  doubt it. If anyone knows what may be wrong, I'd really appreciate some  insight into this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Efu.us.to was the address you tried to direct connect to, yes?

Also, try rebooting your modem and/or router, not just your computer.

RedMagician

I was trying to direct connect to the Server's IP.

In any case, the problem seems to have fixed itself with the rebooting. Thanks for the reply though :)

I still have this problem. Sometimes a modem/pc reboot will fix it, sometimes it won't.

It's really annoying because it takes me a lot of time to finnaly connect to the server.

If anyone has some insight as to why it may be happening, I'd be thankful to hear it.

Thanks in advance,

Just want to make sure... you are direct connecting to efu.us.to under LAN connections? When you try to log in using that method, the server appears on your screen as offline, or you have a terminal error on the screen? If you have a terminal error just type it out for me.

Hope that helps

Actually, I was trying to connect to the game through Internet Games, under the PW Stoty tab.

Right now I'm using the method you've described, I click on Join a Lan Game and then direct connect to efu.us.to and everything works out just fine :D

So it seems you've fixed my problem by accident good sir, thanks! :D
