The bat quest in the Last Keep is blocked by placables and a fat lady. You can sidestep to get through if you angle right but it's a massive pain.

I believe this happens due to PC intervention, and she may be returned to her "proper" location after each reset.  Further explaination may not be appropriate however I'd be glad to explain if someone would like to know.

Change her phenotype atleast.  Say the infestation has kept her from drinking so much wine.
