Goblin Fort

Along the side, where the traps are, there are some spawns (goblin assassins) that spawn directly on top of you. In my case there were enough to completely surround me so I couldn't run, and they killed me almost instantly with sneak attacks.

Are you sure they didn't spawn beforehand, then travel up to you in stealth?
