Fydha Stokelpond and gathered food

The npc in the marketplace called Fydah Stokelpond says to speak to her husband. When you do, there is an option to trade gathered food. When selected, Fydha interjects and says that it is her whom you must speak with, and conversation ends. Then should you speak to her she says to speak to her husband once more, and the circle repeats.

Was fixed, but now all she says is "Hello there!" without a conversation window.

Alright, this is really odd. She was working again all of a sudden, then unexplainably became broken once more.

Maybe because you're too high level? The hello there is what happens when you're too high.
