Rogue Perks

So I hit level 5 and took a rogue perk I took Diplomat, shortly after I died. Apon reaching the 5th level again I gain no bonus to any of these things so I thought I'll wait for a reset it might fix it, it hasnt. So thats my bug report.

Seems to have fixed itself, disreguard sorry.
