Bard Songbooks in the OOC area

I mentioned this in passing to a DM, but thought it worth a note. Despite the cool system, bard Songbooks have been limited to a couple of stores, and with Sugriam gone I don't know if they're for sale anywhere in the module.

For the benefit of new bards, it would make sense to have a way to buy or obtain one cheaply in the OOC area. Also, if they were sold by Higgins in the Docks or Tobar.
