Quote from: Winston Martin;283514This is a game where our most satisfying moments won't be struggling against the DM but against fellow players. Cooperating and getting along is reasonable and probably habitual, but in doing this you deprive your story of any meaningful conflict.

The same can be said for characters that lack any notable flaws. The Fury was secretive, vain, power hungry, conceited and violent. But everything he did (to his reasoning) was necessary for the greater good. This makes him fascinating to watch and be around and makes the entire server feel more alive.

Overall, an excellent job upsetting the status quo. I wish more players would attempt a concept this ambitious.

I can't echo this sentiment enough.  Just so top notch.  You make the server a more interesting place, for sure.
"So what else is on your mind besides 100 proof women, 90 proof whisky, and 14 karat gold?"
"Amigo, you just wrote my epitaph."

"Maybe there's just one revolution.  The good guys against the bad guys.  The question is, who are the good guys?"

Excellent work Mag.

Outstanding Mag. One of the best characters I've had the chance for deep RP with ever. It's sad to think I'll not get the chance to irritate Fury anymore.

Rumours and hearsay of a bloodthirsty human claiming allegiance to the Druidic, beyond reconcile, a force to be reckoned with, and the only one to be widely recognised to have achieved a victory over H'Bala, as seen by his Wyldwater effort. This is how Erasmus was known by my current PC, despite their friendly enough encounter when a company of elves visited the Mountains of Mist.

Back when I was playing Aerthras, I enjoyed our little intrigue as he conceded her superiority over a field of knowledge he sought, to the point he was calling her Maester! Though she treated him like a wolf, one who just awaited the moment to bite the hand which feeds him. This was justified as you may or may not recall after the oath which he attempted to limit to her death (which she was all too aware might be at his hand.)

Happy to have avoided his spear, sad for your loss of an interesting PC!

It is through Art, and through Art only, that we can realise our perfection.

Epic my friend, epic.

Sorry I had to disappear so clearly near the mid-point of his journey.  Damn grad school.

Well played.
