Update factions

This is probably really nonsensical, but it would be nice if the factions were updated on the main website.  This would lead to a lot less misinformation for folks who are new.  For instance, House Sharboneth and the Nightrisers are still listed as a playable faction.

I dunno, but the current thing about House Sharboneth on the factions page mentions nothing about applications being possible, and also clearly states how they were deposed and everything.
