Savage and Hogan hated each other, but one Christmas, Savage told Hogan he wanted to put aside their differences and raise tons and tons of money for sick kids.
 
Hogan refused, so Savage wrote a 10,000 dollar check, noted "The Hulk Hogan Coward Fund" instead.
 
Savage was a real class act, gave tirelessly to charities, and is only not remembered by his league for petty BS reason. Macho Man took shit from no one and gave back to the world 10 fold.
