Living Flame - Level 4 Celestial Summon

The Living Flame summoned by Summon Monster IV with the Celestial Theme is rather weak. Lacking the concealment and DR that other Celestials boast, it is a push-over in comparison.. I think it even has lower AB and certainly lower damage than lower level spells.

Could it be made more powerful, please?
