Upper Guildhouse Issue

The Upper Guildhouse was opened for my faction (The Sublime Council of Aether Elysium) by the benevolence of Talir.

However, my guildhouse key still does not seem to work as every time I attempt to open the door I receive the message: This object is locked.

This was probably stupid and ineffectual but I tried dropping the key and picking it up then tried to open the door which resulted in the same message stating: This object is locked.

Perhaps foolishly I have gone ahead and renewed the guildhall after the tenure expired, acquiring a second key. Neither key works, the guildhall door is always locked.

Obviously some kind of scripting issue, I can't really provide any other useful information - feel free to ask though.

It is a rather vexing nonetheless and I think we will need an IC discussion with the clerk Emiliano de Servantilley regarding reimbursement.

Mort was able to possess the guard NPC and open and later close and lock the guildhouse several times during a DM quest session, if that is of any use regarding a fix.

The issue still remains however and when I speak to the NPC Clerk Emiliano de Servantilley there is no option to add days to the rent (just as an aside.)

Let me know if the inaccessible guild hall remains a problem after next reset.
