Creakin' and Greasin' Locks Price Bug?

In the shop mentioned. [Which is in oldport] For certain ammunition types the NPC wants 40,000 - 60,000 GP for a stack.

I cant imagine this is the way it was intended. As the ammunition is not that amazing.
