Earlier I attempted to take a raft to Gull rock. (Which, in the dialogue, said would be 48 gold) however!; the rafter did not take my money and seems to be broken.

Not sure if this is the same or applys to this... but I thought at times you could "pay" for a raft ride with a Cowry shell (or whatever it's called).

Confirmed that you can't pay or initiate the raft script through conversation with the Raft Hermit since the price display has been re-introduced.

Do you know if the raft works with cowry shells or not?

Its worked with cowry shells only once in the past 5 or so times going from the drainage pipes. Otherwise, I haven't been able to use them anywhere else.

I don't get the option to use Ivory Shells when I have them, and gold doesn't work either.
 
Now Simmon at Gull Rock will never know that Laura is pregnant :(

I haven't tried it since you changed things around Mort, but before that, I have only gotten the option to pay with shells a single time, even though I've been in possession of a few of them every single time I've taken a raft somewhere.

Yeah, I've stopped even collecting cowry shells as I cannot remember the last time the rafter took one as payment.  Also, can we please get a price list on a sign or in the description of the rafter.  -I- know what voyages cost, but new players and many others will not.

I popped down to the sewers and the Rafter didn't have an option to pay in shells. It made me sad. :(

In a slightly related way:
 
Sewer Raft to Gull Rocks = 150 gp
Gull Rocks to Sewer Raft = 50 gp
 
Or something similiarly odd.

Another thing I've noticed is everytime the Trog spawn on their war canoe they never actually show, you just get the script telling you they appear, and then their dead
