Burglar's Wand of Grace and UMD

My character, a pure rogue (without UMD) has to make UMD checks to use this wand of grace even though it's only usable by rogues. Luckily it's DC 17 so even without ranks or a bonus I can get it after trying enough.

This still is the case, or atleast for the Burglars Protective Wand. A endure elements version of the above discribed only useable by rogue item. The umd check is of course not high, but still the same as you would get with a crafted one.

Simple fix would be changing it to an item that isn't a "wand" so to say.
