Invisibility Potion rewards from gathering quests bugged

Apparently all instances (at least the 3 reported so far) where you hand over an item or several items gathered to an NPC and get to choose your reward, are bugged; If you choose the Invisibility Potion option, you lose your items, but get no potion.

It would be awesome if this could be fixed as soon as possible, since Invisibility Potions is what keeps ungrouped people alive more than anything else on this server.

On a related note, if screenshots are shown proving that you really did turn in stuff for invisibility potions, but didn't get any, is there any chance of getting compensated, or is it too petty? Might seem like the smallest thing in the world, but without those potions there's no way for low-level people to walk in dangerous places with even a little bit of safety.
