I know this spell is almost never given out. But it occasionally pops up and is sadly a bit of a joke in its current form for its spell level. Simply because the lowest level dispel will easily strip it.

My suggestion is adding 15 spell resistance to the spell. This makes wands/scrolls of lesser dispel less effective, while not effecting dispel magic and spells cast by level 5+ wizards.

It seems like a silly change. But even from the prospective of making an encounter more challenging, with the abundance of ways to remove it, it's just a waste.

The same could be said for tensors transformation.

The check for Spell Resistance is your caster level +1d20 vs the SR, so a Level Five Wizard would only succeed 50% of the time. At most, Immunity: Lesser Dispel IMO. That means you need to have  a Dispel Magic or Breach prepared, or an expensive wand, or a scroll that's still a gamble.

I can attest to how easy it is to dispel this wonderful spell. :(

This sounds more reasonable.

This is not necessary at all.
