EDIT: Johannes has corrected me on some spells that changed without me noticing, as I'd given up using them :P Er... that means it's just Disrupt that doesn't seem so useful.

Disrupt Undead
Could probably do with boosting from the PnP version it's copied from, as elemental cantrips there are all 1d3 dmg, whereas on EfU they are 1d4+1. They've got 2/3 more damage, but Disrupt doesn't. Therefore you may as well zap Undead, especially if you have a perk. I'd suggest making Disrupt 1d8/10 damage in line with the boost to the other cantrips. That'd be an average of 4.5/5.5 damage, a bit more than Cure Minor, which seems fine for an uncraftable spell.

Of course Burning Bolt triggers the fire perk. All of the new spells trigger the elemental perks. I don't know what you're talking about.

As for Chill Touch, its touch attack has already been removed, and its damage has already been modified to be a viable alternative to other L1 damaging spells.

Oh, right, I'm clearly out of touch. I tested it after release a few times and it didn't, but I never mentioned it until now. This is why I like the changelogs, means you don't make a fool of yourself suggesting something that got implemented without your notice.
