Starting Area Faith Script

Can Leira be added into the script, under dead deities?  Also, does anybody else have any deities they'd like to be added?

Many things can happen, but normally not by simply asking a DM to add something in.
 
Is there anything that can be brought to the table by increasing the number of dead dieties? is there anything you can do with this diety that you cannot do with other dieties? Is there anything about this diety that others will join in and make for a better exerience for all?
 
If you really really want a new diety you would probably need to submit an Application and have great ideas.
 
Side note for new folk:
EFU had a group of zealots raise a dead god and cause a plague over EFU in the past. I was sick for weeks, ...
 
My first goblin deity was listed as a "big ugly rock", my second goblin had a "bigger ugly rock"

You can just type "Leira" into your deity field during character creation. Accomplishes the same thing as adding deities through the script. Hell, you can type Screwy the Drunken Clown into your diety field and worship him if you want.

Although, if you're a Cleric, you won't recieve spells like the other Dead Deities this way.

Leira's dead, unbeknownst to her followers. If Cyric isn't actively posing as her (I don't know that he is), you won't be getting spells and she doesn't need to be added.

Of course you can. Being dead or not is not the same as being believed to be dead or not. If you had read my post better, you would have seen I mentioned the consensus was not complete. Anyway, that's where I got the info from:

That has nothing to do with consensus. Fact is that she's dead; people just don't know. It doesn't make her any less dead.

I am pretty sure it's well known that Cyric killed Leira.  After all, one of his most common titles is "The Prince of Lies."  >_>

That being said, I know there is some dispute among former followers of Leira who claim that she isn't really dead, that it was just an elaborate lie to get people to BELIEVE she was dead.  So there is certainly the potential for priests of Leira to still be about, just as you still can create PC priests of Bhaal - another deity Cyric killed.
