Lord Gull Is AE'able. So like I think there should be a person who cares for Lord Gull. So he can Perminatly AE him, I love Controlling him and making Rats controll people, but it should be fixed IMO! SO there you have it.

Lord Gull should not be AE'd, since its a potentially hostile action.

Remember, he's an important Docks NPC, so hostile action can be responded to, always get a DM. <.<
