Cannot cast Ultravision

When attempting to cast Ultravision, the log says "No remaining uses or preparations available for that spell", even though it is clearly memorized in a slot. This denies my character from casting the spell.

Should be fixed next reset. Feel free to note any other spell problems that may arise.
