Sending System Coin Return

Would it be possible to have it so you can get your 10 gold back should you decide, for whatever reason, that in the process of making a sending that you don't want to make it any more?
 
I don't have much gold, and that extra 10 goes a long way!

I don't blame you for wanting your coins, but the NPC's laugh at you when you don't make a sending, and that has always tickled me :)

Protip: Type up your sending message in your chat bar, without pressing enter when you're done, before you make the payment, or even start the convo.
