"It is widely known that it is through Tyranny order maintained. Service and Worth passed from the Chosen to the meek. A Tyrant has servants, who have servants, who have servants, who have servants. It is the interaction of these servants in the name of the Tyrant, and in the land shaped by his will, that Order and Society grow. Legend tells of a place within each Tyrant's domain. A heart. A brain. An Armory. A Fortress...It takes the form of whatever a Tyrant holds most dear. A powerful tool to aid a Tyrant. A boon.

It is said that while a Mortal amongst the realms, the Lord of Man set forth means for his most worthy of Followers to see themselves raised to near divinity. A Gift of teaching from the Necromantic Myrkul now slain, he was able to bind portion of himself behind that in event of death he may return. It was through this he burst forth from the chest of the Bastard Son.

Tyrants the world over have since followed suit. When each man or woman raises in worth from the peasantry to the Ruler gifts are bestowed. Charisma. Wisdom. Honor. Prestige. Capability. It is what draws men to them to serve out of respect and admiration and desire to rise. It is what draws men to them to slay and undermine and seek to usurp.

The Sacrosanct is a Tyrant's boon. It is the source of power and the means in which Legitimacy is claimed and held. Entire nations have been lost and raised in pursuit of it. Entire Tyrant's empires have risen and fallen upon a whim. For without the boon of The Lord of Men, without The Sacrosanct found, a Tyrant's efforts are simply that of a Man.

It is the point in which all power of the Lord of Men focuses upon the Isle. A nexus of Tyrants. A Conduit of Divinity. For it is with The Sacrosanct that a Tyrant rules. It is what drives man to serve, and die, for a Tyrant's will. It is what drives man to flee, and kneel, or be executed by a Tyrant's will. It is what seditionists fear, what Anarchists burn, and what Lesser men of worth can only gaze upon and dream of holding.

It is within the Sacrosanct that the Lord of Men speaks with the Tyrant who proves most worthy.

It is with the Sacrosanct that a Tyrant can withstand any threat and challenge.

It is with the Sacrosanct that a Tyrant can rule unopposed.
