Ulfrin finally talked that darn half-drow in the Hanged Goblin into letting her have gobsquat residence papers but they got stripped off her at reset. >.< Did they get turned into a quest item instead of a reward?

Okay, I was lucky and talked her into giving me a new pass. But while the picture is a piece of paper, it weighs 5.5 lbs. Isn't that a wee bit much or is it intentional?
