Tower of Mercy Tumble Checks

Our party was nearly wiped out by the "swing across the pit* checks there a couple of days ago, as failure causes your PC to be knocked down for several rounds while something like 3-5 shots of heavy elemental damage hit you. it would be understandable if failure caused you to get hit once like for on the Vrazdn or Squat checks, but this killed two of our party outright. Furthermore, if you die, your stuff is left on top of the killer pit, where you can't recover it.

Talir confirmed it was a bug and moved our party members and their pack. When testing it for him, Krador, fully buffed for HP including Aid and Rage, barely survived.
