Gull Rock Sailing Check

I've failed this every time, with Sailing scores between 8 and 10 on T'Kembe Utucha. Since there's no skill roll shown, I have no idea whether this is a bug, or if it is an extremely high DC that even skilled PCs only have a small chance to pass each reset.

I passed this check when I had 0 sailing ranks. This is evidentally a bug.

I think someone began to modify the DC's on some of the checks.  When my character went to Gull Rock to use the tiny boat she was lucky enough to be with her Consort, who has points in Sailing.  He failed the check, and so Mactl'ysha (who had zero sailing!) decided to "help him" and try her crack at rolling it.  She was successful.

I am unsure how difficult it is now, but at the same time a telescope was added to the Enclave.  It didn't work properly in the beginning, but Mactl'ysha (who has zero in Astronomy) attempted to use it and was successful.  

Now she has the same problem as the OP, she fails on every check, and she attempts the role each and every time she passes it at night.

It could be bad luck, or it could just be that someone increased the DC on those rolls so someone with zero in the skill couldn't be successful!  This means the DC would have to be fairly high somewhere between 21-30 DC.  This means with 10 in the required EFUSS skill, you'd need to roll at least an 11 or better to be successful.

It's just a guess on my part, it might warrant checking out if more feedback can't be provided.
